Glee Hospitality Solutions Launches Molten Me In Dubai

The delightful dessert brand, Molten Me, has officially arrived in Dubai! This is Molten Mes second outlet in the UAE after Abu Dhabi. Conceptualized by two women entrepreneurs, the brand has become renowned within a very short time. The arrival of the delightful range of desserts to the Emirate comes on the heels of Molten Mes collaboration with Glee Hospitality Solutions. The outlet situated at Wasl Vita on Al Wasl, Dubai was formally inaugurated today.

Molten Me was started by Glee Hospitality Solutions after two young Emirati women came to them with the idea and funding for a molten cake shop. The collaboration successful and is over a year old now.

Explaining the importance of the collaboration, Mr. Abdul Kader Saadi, Managing Director, Glee Hospitality solutions, said, "We worked with them to develop their concept, we helped them develop the recipes, structure their staff, interior design and services. The cakes are freshly made each day. In Abu Dhabi products are sold at a small shop designed for takeaway and delivery. However in Dubai, seating area has been added. Plans are already set in motion to take Molten Me to other markets such as Kuwaiti and Bahraini markets.

Molten Me offers three ranges: White Chocolate Base, Chocolate Base and Red Velvet Base, with individually styled flavours. The brand comprises the finest, richest flavors of cakes, that are presented in a jar, allowing to take it anywhere one wants. Unlike the traditionalist recipes and flavours that most other brands offer, Molten Me offers a modern and exciting new twist with flavors and toppings as the hot flavorful center oozes out when the cake is dug into.

Speaking about the impact of such a grand project on the larger ethos of women's empowerment, Mr. Abdul Kader Saadi said, The young Emirati entrepreneurs have done an amazing job with Molten Me. They took care of the social media aspect, and now, Molten Me has become a trend in the region! Instagram is full of pictures of people with the products. This is a very powerful reflection of women's entrepreneurship.

The concept has been exceptionally successful. Coming up with recipes that are innovative, the team puts in a lot of thought into serving quality desserts to its patrons. "We are developing new recipes, and are also expanding the menu to potentially include ice cream, milkshakes etc.!" explained Abdul Kader Saadi
