GCG Enterprise Solutions, part of the Ghobash Group and a long-standing enterprise technology partner in the UAE, has appointed Simon Howells as its new General Manager, marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing evolution.

The move reflects the company’s strategic focus on expanding beyond its established strength in Managed Print Services into high-growth areas such as Enterprise Information Management, Digital Transformation, and Interactive Smart Solutions across the UAE market.

Under Howells’ leadership, GCG Enterprise Solutions is expected to reinforce its position in the print services sector while accelerating its digital capabilities. With over 20 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Howells brings a strong track record in leading technology-driven transformation. His expertise includes reshaping legacy operations into agile, high-performing organisations, driving revenue growth, and advancing enterprise-wide digital strategies.

Before joining GCG Enterprise Solutions, Howells held senior roles at Xerox MEA and OSN. During his tenure at Xerox MEA, he led initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, implementing process automation, and strengthening digital capabilities.
