Erth honours a legacy of giving and celebrates more than two decades of excellence
Erth Abu Dhabi hosted its Long Service Awards Ceremony to recognise the dedication and commitment of long-serving employees who have played a central role in shaping the organisation’s success over the past two decades.
The ceremony honoured 62 team members who have completed more than 20 years of service, celebrating career journeys that have contributed to strengthening Erth’s reputation as a leading destination rooted in authentic Emirati values, excellence, and warm hospitality. The event reflected Erth’s people-first philosophy, which positions talent as the foundation of long-term success and legacy-building.
Speaking at the ceremony, Sheikha Al Kaabi, Chief Executive Officer of Erth Abu Dhabi, said the recognition extended beyond years of service to acknowledge the values of dedication, responsibility, and institutional excellence demonstrated by the honourees. She noted that sustained contributions over decades reflect a deep sense of belonging and stability, which are essential to organisational sustainability.
“With deep appreciation, today we honour a distinguished group of colleagues who, for more than two decades, have been a cornerstone of our organisation and a driving force behind its continued success,” she said. “We extend our sincere thanks for their dedication, commitment, and loyalty.”
Sheikha Al Kaabi also praised the wider Erth Abu Dhabi team for achieving notable international recognition, highlighting collective efforts that contributed to Erth Hotel receiving a Michelin Key and Erth Restaurant earning a Michelin Star.
The ceremony concluded with a reaffirmation of Erth Abu Dhabi’s commitment to fostering a supportive workplace culture centred on appreciation, continuity, and people development, underpinned by the belief that sustainable success begins with empowered and engaged teams.
