ENOC Group Seeks Future Emirati Leaders at Ru’ya Careers UAE 2024

 ENOC Group, a leading global energy company, has reaffirmed its commitment to cultivating a future-ready Emirati workforce at the 23rd edition of Ru’ya Careers UAE 2024, which will take place from 24-26 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the theme “[YOU]th Can.”

As part of its Emiratisation efforts, ENOC Group has achieved significant milestones, including 100% Emiratisation at the executive management level since 2018. Currently, Emiratis make up 52% of the company’s workforce, with 80% of senior management, 50% of middle management, 53% of supervisory roles, and 48% of support positions filled by nationals.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, emphasized the importance of nurturing national talent: “As a national champion in the energy sector, ENOC Group is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining Emirati talent, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the future. Emirati youth will play a pivotal role in driving the nation’s energy sector forward.”

In line with the UAE’s National Youth Agenda 2031, ENOC recently held a week-long event focused on empowering its young workforce. The ENOC Youth Council led the event, which featured seminars, workshops, and discussions on topics like climate action, national identity, and technological advancements.

This year alone, ENOC Group has hired over 25 Emirati nationals and is currently offering 53 new job opportunities across various fields, including Customer Services, Finance & Strategy, Information Technology, Operations, Health, Safety & Environment, and Engineering. Interested candidates can apply at ENOC's booth in Hall 6, pavilion Z6-10 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, or via the company’s careers portal.

Additionally, ENOC Group provides a range of initiatives to support the career development of Emirati nationals, including academic sponsorships, internships, and the Graduate Development Programme (GDP), which aims to enhance leadership and managerial skills across various domains.
