Emirates Islamic Partners with RAK Ceramics to Enhance Home Ownership Value
Emirates Islamic has announced a strategic partnership with RAK Ceramics aimed at delivering added value to customers on their home ownership journey.
The collaboration enables Emirates Islamic Home Finance customers to benefit from a 35% discount on RAK Ceramics’ general-purpose and sanitaryware products, helping to significantly reduce construction and renovation costs. In addition, Emirates Islamic covered card holders will receive a 25% discount on the same range of premium building materials.
The initiative is designed to support UAE nationals building their homes, a key priority for the bank, by providing access to high-quality, durable materials from a trusted supplier at more affordable rates.
Marwan Ismail Al Zarooni, Head of Retail Sales at Emirates Islamic, said the partnership reflects the bank’s commitment to delivering tangible value beyond traditional financing.
He noted that the collaboration strengthens Emirates Islamic’s position as a comprehensive home solutions partner, aligning with national initiatives such as the Year of Family, while contributing to long-term benefits for customers and future generations.
Hagop Balabanian, Vice President of Retail and E-commerce at RAK Ceramics, highlighted the shared vision between both organisations to support community development and national housing priorities.
He added that providing customers with preferential access to a wide range of products will help ensure their building and renovation projects are both efficient and cost-effective, delivering lasting value.
The partnership reinforces Emirates Islamic’s broader strategy to become the preferred banking partner for UAE nationals, while supporting the country’s focus on quality housing, social inclusion, and community well-being.
