Emirates Health Services (EHS) has been honored with the prestigious MasterCard Award for Operational Excellence by the International Hospital Federation (IHF). The award was presented in recognition of EHS’s innovative project, "Integrating AI Technologies in Precision Diagnostic Imaging," which focuses on improving breast cancer diagnosis through cutting-edge technology.

The award underscores EHS’s commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of healthcare delivery. H.E. Dr. Abdalla Alnaqbi, Acting Executive Director of the Clinical Support Services Sector at EHS, emphasized that this accolade reflects the organization’s dedication to advancing healthcare services and aligning with the UAE's strategic objectives, including the 'Zero Government Bureaucracy' program. "This achievement strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional healthcare services and establishes EHS as a global leader in medical innovation," Dr. Alnaqbi added.

Dr. Amina Al Jasmi, Director of the Radiology Department at EHS, expressed her pride in the project, highlighting its ability to improve diagnostic accuracy while reducing patient wait times and enhancing overall patient satisfaction. "This innovation also streamlines workflows for healthcare providers, creating a more efficient working environment," she noted.
