Emirates Health Services' New Graduate Program Earns American Accreditation

Emirates Health Services (EHS) has achieved a significant milestone with its "Transition to Practice" program for new nursing graduates receiving accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This marks the first time a program of its kind has been accredited in the UAE, underscoring EHS' commitment to raising healthcare and nursing standards across the nation.

Dr. Sumaya Mohamed AlBlooshi, Director of the Nursing Department at EHS, expressed pride in this achievement, noting that the accreditation reflects the organization's continuous efforts to improve healthcare quality. She highlighted that the program empowers new graduates by equipping them with essential skills and fostering their confidence to integrate seamlessly into the workforce.

Spanning six months, the program combines advanced simulation techniques and hands-on learning to prepare nursing professionals for clinical practice. It aims to reduce turnover rates among nursing staff by creating a supportive and dynamic work environment. Upon completion, graduates receive certification, enabling them to provide safe and effective patient care in clinical settings.
