Ducab works with LinkedIn to Connect with Talent

Ducab, the Middle Easts leading manufacturer of high-quality cables and cabling products, has announced that it will be working with LinkedIn, the worlds largest professional network with more than 364 million members across the world, to strengthen the manufacturers online presence and talent acquisition efforts.

Through the relationship, Ducab will use LinkedIns platform to increase its follower to its LinkedIn Company Page and foster greater levels of interaction, including expanding its online talent acquisition efforts.

LinkedIn will provide Ducab with a suite of recruitment solutions, through which the company will be able to seek and identify suitable prospects from its extensive member base more than 15 million of whom are located within the Middle East and North Africa region.

Mona Mohamed Fekri, Ducab General Manager, Human Resources, said: We are committed to expanding our online presence, in order to emphasise our desire to become an employer of choice for the best talent in the UAE and beyond. Through LinkedIns expertise and solutions, we are able to develop a strong identity through our site on the platform, which will enable us to reach out to suitable talent from around the region.

At present, Ducab has more than 430 employees on LinkedIn, while its page, www.linkedin.com/company/ducab, has upwards of 25,147 followers.
