Dubai South Properties has achieved a remarkable milestone with the complete sell-out of the final phase of its South Bay development within just four hours of its market launch. This swift sell-out highlights the tremendous demand for properties in Dubai South and underscores the company's strategic approach to project launches.

South Bay, located in the heart of Dubai South’s Residential District, is a unique development comprising over 800 spacious villas and townhouses, alongside more than 200 luxurious waterfront mansions developed across six phases. The newly launched phase included 160 units, featuring three- and four-bedroom townhouses and four- and five-bedroom semi-detached villas.

Construction contracts for all phases have been awarded, and work is progressing on-site. Additionally, a GEMS Founders School at Dubai South is set to commence student enrollments for the academic year 2024-2025, pending KHDA approvals.
