Dubai Land Department (DLD) will showcase a range of smart initiatives and digital services at the 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, highlighting efforts to improve homeownership, real estate transparency and customer experience.

DLD, which is participating as a Strategic Partner, will take part in the event at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 7 to 9, presenting solutions designed for investors, property owners, customers and real estate professionals.

The department’s participation will cover areas including homeownership support, real estate data, digital services, brokerage services and customer assistance. These initiatives are aimed at improving market efficiency, transparency and ease of doing business while supporting the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

Supporting First-Time Homebuyers

Among the initiatives being highlighted is the First-Time Home Buyer Programme, which supports UAE nationals and residents taking their first steps towards property ownership.

The programme provides a range of benefits and incentives in collaboration with participating developers and financial institutions. DLD said the initiative is designed to broaden the base of property owners while supporting sustainable demand within Dubai’s real estate market.

Digital Services and Real Estate Data

DLD will also showcase the Dubai REST app, a unified digital platform that provides access to a wide range of real estate services and data.

The application is designed to simplify transactions and provide customers with a more integrated digital experience. Visitors to IPS 2026 will also be able to explore the department’s DLD Services display, offering an overview of the services available to customers.

Real estate data will form another key part of DLD’s presence at the exhibition. The Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Data displays will provide information on market activity and transactions, allowing investors and customers to follow trends and make decisions based on accessible market data.

Focus on Brokerage and Customer Experience

DLD will highlight its brokerage services through a dedicated display for real estate brokers operating under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

The department will also showcase Malik, its omnichannel customer service assistant. The service provides round-the-clock support and responds to enquiries through integrated channels, helping customers access information and services more efficiently.

Together, the initiatives demonstrate DLD’s approach to improving the real estate experience across different stages of the property journey, from ownership and investment to brokerage, data access and customer support.

DLD Targets a More Transparent Real Estate Market

DLD’s participation comes as IPS 2026 brings together developers, investors, financial institutions, decision-makers and industry experts from international markets.

The event will provide the department with an opportunity to present Dubai’s evolving real estate ecosystem to a global audience while strengthening engagement with investors and other industry stakeholders.

Through its participation, DLD aims to reinforce Dubai’s position as an attractive destination for real estate investment and ownership by leveraging technology, data and strategic partnerships.

The department said its initiatives are aligned with its broader objective of developing a more efficient, transparent and competitive real estate market while simplifying services and expanding opportunities for property ownership and investment.
