Azizi Developments Hands Over Riviera 55 in Meydan

Azizi Developments has officially handed over Riviera 55, marking another milestone in the delivery of Azizi Riviera, the developer’s French Mediterranean-inspired master community in Meydan, Dubai.

The handover was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by senior representatives from Azizi Developments, project stakeholders, partners, brokers and other guests. The completion signals the start of a new phase for residents as they move into their homes.

Riviera 55 Adds to Azizi’s Delivery Momentum

Located in Meydan, Azizi Riviera is a mixed-use waterfront development designed around the lifestyle and architectural character of the French Riviera.

The master community combines residential buildings with landscaped areas, retail and leisure destinations, and a central crystal lagoon and boulevard.

Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, said each handover represents the fulfilment of commitments made to families and investors.

He said the completion of Riviera 55 reflects the company’s focus on construction efficiency, architectural quality and long-term community value as it continues to contribute to Dubai’s evolving residential landscape.

Waterfront Community in Meydan

Riviera 55 forms part of the wider Riviera master plan, which is positioned within close reach of Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Design District and Dubai International Airport.

A key feature of the development is its 2.7-kilometre crystal lagoon, which spans more than 130,000 square metres. The waterfront area is planned with artisan restaurants, boutique retail promenades and leisure spaces.

The community’s connectivity is also expected to benefit from the upcoming Dubai Metro Gold Line, which is planned to provide direct station access within the master development.
