Msheireb Properties Partners with Inc. Arabia to Drive Business Innovation

Msheireb Properties, Qatar’s sustainable real estate developer, has signed a strategic partnership with Inc. Arabia, the Middle East edition of the global business publication Inc., to bring a series of business and innovation initiatives to Msheireb Downtown Doha.

The partnership aims to strengthen the district’s role as a destination for entrepreneurship, leadership and business engagement while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders to connect and exchange knowledge.

Downtown Tech Summit and Best in Business Awards

As part of the agreement, Msheireb Properties will host the second edition of the Downtown Tech Summit on November 17, following the success of its inaugural event in 2025.

The partnership will also introduce the Best in Business Awards to Qatar for the first time. Scheduled for November 18, the awards will recognise outstanding businesses and leaders from across the region and highlight Qatar’s diverse and resilient business community.

The awards have previously been held in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with the Qatar edition expected to provide a platform for local businesses and entrepreneurs to gain regional recognition.

Supporting Qatar’s Business Community

The initiatives form part of a broader programme of business events at Msheireb Downtown Doha and are intended to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and private-sector growth.

The partnership also aligns with Msheireb Properties’ resilience framework, which focuses on strengthening the district’s long-term economic value through strategic partnerships, business engagement and knowledge-sharing activities.
