Dubai Releases All Inmates Involved in Rental Disputes Ahead of Eid

In a humanitarian initiative promoting social solidarity and financial relief, the Dubai Rental Disputes Center, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Est., has facilitated the release of 86 inmates detained due to rental disputes.

The initiative, which saw the settlement of financial claims exceeding AED 6.8 million, aligns with the UAE’s commitment to humanitarian values, family stability, and social justice. It also aims to ease the burden on affected families and allow individuals to reintegrate into society ahead of Eid Al-Fitr.

Leadership’s Commitment to Social Responsibility

Judge AbdulQader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Dubai Rental Disputes Center, emphasized the judiciary’s commitment to a balanced approach that upholds the rights of both tenants and landlords while considering humanitarian aspects.

“This initiative exemplifies the values of tolerance and generosity instilled by our leadership. It provides individuals with a fresh start while ensuring a fair resolution to rental disputes. We remain committed to fostering social justice and transparent legal processes in collaboration with our partners.”
