Dubai Gold District has launched a new concierge home delivery service, enabling customers to purchase gold and jewellery through private consultations with secure doorstep delivery.

The initiative, introduced amid rising interest in gold across the UAE, allows customers to browse and select items from the comfort of their homes while maintaining the trusted experience associated with Dubai’s gold market. The service is currently available through participating retailers, including Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kanz Jewels, and Kalyan Jewellers, with more retailers expected to join in the coming months.

Customers can directly contact participating stores to arrange personalised consultations for gold bullion, coins, or jewellery. Once a selection is finalised, purchases are securely delivered to the customer’s home, offering a discreet and tailored shopping experience.

The Dubai Gold Souk and Dubai Gold District remain open for in-store visits, ensuring customers can choose between physical shopping and the added convenience of home delivery.

Speaking on the launch, Muath AlRais said the new service reflects evolving customer expectations, particularly around convenience and privacy. He noted that the initiative extends the trusted Dubai gold-buying experience beyond retail outlets while maintaining the transparency and service standards the market is known for.

Retailers have also highlighted growing demand for flexible purchasing options, particularly for high-value jewellery and investment-grade gold. Representatives from Malabar Gold & Diamonds and Kalyan Jewellers emphasised that private consultations and secure delivery allow them to replicate the in-store experience while providing customers with greater ease and reassurance.

Dubai has long been recognised as one of the world’s leading destinations for gold purchases, supported by competitive pricing, regulatory transparency, and a rich trading heritage. As global gold prices continue to draw investor attention, the new concierge service is expected to further strengthen the emirate’s position as a premier gold shopping hub.
