Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), marked the 19th anniversary of the accession of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, by praising his visionary leadership and extraordinary achievements.
