DEWA revealed the launch of a new project titled 'Innovators Series', as part of initiatives to establish the abilities of personnels, to instil a society of creative thinking and innovation and improve government operate in all fields. The project concentrates on the innovative concepts put forward by employees, to urge their continued excellence, in all fields.

The project started its implementation stage with the DEWA Innovators campaign, whereby 31 workers contributed towards boosting DEWA's creativity and level of innovation, to form the future. The project includes the release of brief video clips about DEWA's creative staff members. Concentrating on the pioneers' trip and their favorable inspirations, the video clips will certainly clarify the trendsetters and introduce them to a huge target market, while bringing their tales to life.

"The principles of knowledge and creative thinking stand as the foundation of DEWA's method. DEWA is dedicated to providing a stimulating workplace efficient in instilling a society of creativity and innovation. These two elements are basic in the development of the services we give to customers. They also properly add to raising the performance and performance of the federal government, in adherence with DEWA's calculated plan to form the future and achieve the happiness of customers, according to the instructions of the sensible management," claimed HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA.

"His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, instructed us that innovation is not an option, it is a requirement, it is not general society, it is a way of life had to equal the world around us, and calls for innovative staff and a supportive setting. We take on an integrated strategy to encouraging and using imaginative suggestions, proposals, and study programs in different fields of energy and tactical management, as we realise the importance of offering the needed tools to boost competition, creativity, and innovation, to support our vision to end up being a sustainable innovative first-rate energy," added Al Tayer.

This project sustains our idea in the importance of acknowledging innovators, who are essential elements in DEWA's journey in the direction of success and excellence. While there is a large focus on our new jobs and innovative initiatives, we intend to identify and appreciate the imaginative minds at DEWA via this campaign. We believe that no innovative concept could be implemented without acknowledging the creative minds behind the ideas.
