Azizi Developments Star records 75% construction progress

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the 75% completion of Star, an exceptionally well-connected residential development located in the heart of Dubais new growth corridor Al Furjan.


The building is scheduled for completion by Q4, 2020. In line with Azizi Developments commitment to timely delivery, the company is making dedicated efforts to finalise the 486 residential units, which comprise 334 studios, 48 one-bedroom and 94 two-bedrooms apartments, as well as ten sky villas.


The structure of the project is 100 per cent complete, while both the blockwork and internal plaster finishing are at 97 per cent and 96 per cent respectively.


Faade works have reached 87 per cent, while the other mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix has reported 75 per cent completion.


Air conditioning (HVAC) works stand at 72%, and overall finishing works are at 63 per cent.


Furthermore, tiling is now at 57 per cent, and surface works and the swimming pool are advancing quickly.
