Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced a strategic partnership with SOPREMA Inc., a globally renowned manufacturer of waterproofing, roofing, and insulation solutions. This collaboration aims to implement innovative waterproofing technologies across several of Azizi's flagship projects, including developments in Dubai South, MBR City, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Sports City, and Al Furjan.

SOPREMA, founded in Strasbourg, France over a century ago, is known for its high-performing, sustainable products. With a presence in 90 countries, the company has built a reputation for delivering top-quality solutions for the construction industry. Azizi will incorporate SOPREMA's advanced materials into key projects such as Venice, Riviera, Creek Views III, Grand, and Central, enhancing the durability and efficiency of these developments.
