Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has signed a new agreement with Modern Plastic Industry (MPI), a Dubai-based manufacturer of advanced piping solutions. Under the contract, MPI will supply UPVC pipes and fittings for high-pressure and drainage applications across several of Azizi’s ongoing projects in Dubai.

Founded in 1987, MPI has become a trusted regional player in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, recognized for its precision-engineered and durable piping systems. The company’s products meet international standards while contributing to the UAE’s industrial growth and sustainability goals.

Azizi Milan: A landmark mixed-use community

The partnership announcement comes as Azizi continues work on its flagship project, Azizi Milan, a master-planned community valued at over AED 75 billion. Spanning 40 million sq. ft. in gross floor area, it is set to become one of the UAE’s largest mixed-use developments, designed to house around 144,000 residents along with 800 hotel keys.

Inspired by Milan’s cultural heritage and fashion-forward identity, Azizi Milan blends sustainability, Italian sophistication, and modern urban living. The community will feature pedestrian-only fashion streets dedicated to cosmetics, perfumery, and apparel, alongside luxury retail, boutique shops, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife options.

Sustainability at the core

Every building within Azizi Milan will include landscaped rooftop gardens, infinity pools framed by greenery, and panoramic elevators offering scenic views of fountains, water features, and sports courts. The development integrates green building practices, pedestrian-friendly planning, and a canal-front lifestyle that enhances both aesthetics and livability.

Its tallest towers will rise up to 70 stories, with mid-rise clusters creating a balanced residential atmosphere. The project also incorporates schools, nurseries, mosques, wellness facilities, and parks, forming a self-sustaining city within a city.

Connectivity and accessibility

Strategically located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Azizi Milan enjoys direct connectivity to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. The community will also be linked to the upcoming Dubai Metro Blue Line, further enhancing its accessibility.

Azizi Milan follows the successful blueprint of the developer’s earlier master projects, including Azizi Riviera in MBR City and Azizi Venice in Dubai South. As the master developer, Azizi is also overseeing the project’s infrastructure, ensuring an integrated and sustainable urban environment.
