Azizi Developments is boosting Riviera Construction with 6,000 workers
Azizi Developments, the leading private developer in the UAE, has added a total of 6,000 workers to its existing workforce to accelerate construction on its four-stage residential megaproject, Rivierain MBR City. The move comes as Azizi Developments marks 2019 as its "year of construction," dedicating it to the rapid construction of its ongoing projects.

Riviera is the company's flagship community project in the heart of Dubai's MBR city, which includes more than 16,000 apartments in 71 medium-rise buildings that overlooking an extensive retail space, a canal walk with artisan restaurants and boutiques, and Les Jardins - a lush-green social space.
With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse home of the Dubai World Cup as well as major business, leisure and retail hubs, Riviera is one of Azizi Developments most sought-after projects. The completion of Phase I of the project is currently 54%, Phase 2 and Phase 3 are 36 and 22% respectively. So far, 198 slabs have been laid, 740,855 tons of concrete poured and 31 cranes have been erected.
