Azizi Developments has announced that its residential project, Azizi Central, is in its final stage of construction, reaching 98% completion ahead of the planned handover.

Located in Al Furjan, the development has seen significant progress across all construction phases. Key structural works, blockwork, internal plastering, tiling, HVAC systems, and elevator installations have been completed. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works have reached 98%, while façade and external elements stand at 97%. Overall finishing works are nearly complete at 99%, with approximately 320 workers currently deployed on-site to ensure timely delivery.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Developments, said the project’s upcoming handover reflects the company’s commitment to quality construction, efficient execution, and strategic location planning. He noted that each unit is designed to deliver long-term value for both investors and end users.

Azizi Central offers a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments tailored to modern living. The development features amenities such as landscaped walkways, a fully equipped gym, separate swimming pools for adults and children, outdoor seating areas, a barbecue zone, and ample parking facilities. Retail and dining outlets within the project further enhance convenience for residents.
