Alef Education Expands into KSA as Knowledge Towers School in Riyadh Adopts Its Education Solutions
Alef Education, a global leader in education technology based in the UAE, is furthering its expansion into Saudi Arabia by partnering with Knowledge Towers School in Riyadh. The collaboration marks a significant milestone as Alef Education delivers AI-powered, personalized learning solutions to students in the Kingdom, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capital Development Plan. The announcement came during Alef Education’s participation in the inaugural Learn KSA conference held in Riyadh on October 6-7, 2024.
At the conference, Alef Education highlighted how AI-driven solutions are transforming the education sector by equipping students with critical skills for the digital era. Alef Education’s team, based in Saudi Arabia, is focused on building strong partnerships to advance the company’s regional presence and contribute to the country's evolving educational landscape.
The Learn KSA conference brought together educators, policymakers, and industry leaders from around the world to discuss integrating advanced technologies to improve education outcomes. Alef Education showcased its innovative EdTech solutions that leverage AI, machine learning, and big data to provide personalized learning experiences. The company also introduced Miqyas Al Dhad, a groundbreaking Arabic literacy measurement framework developed in collaboration with MetaMetrics®, the creators of the Lexile® Framework for Reading. This initiative aims to enhance Arabic literacy across the Arab world.
Will Lock, Alef Education's Chief Growth Officer, participated in two panel discussions during the event. The first, titled Global Journey, Local Roots, explored how integrating technology into education can help students succeed in an increasingly globalized world. The second, Does Artificial Intelligence Pass the Test? Assessment in the Age of AI, focused on how AI-driven tools are revolutionizing assessment processes by improving accuracy, providing real-time feedback, and personalizing learning.

The session discussed the development of the framework and its potential to improve Arabic literacy throughout the Arab world, enabling educators and policymakers to make data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes.
