Ajman Private Education Office Signs MoU with Citizens Affairs Office to Support Educational and Community Initiatives

The Ajman Private Education Office has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Citizens Affairs Office to strengthen collaboration on educational and community initiatives. The signing ceremony was held during GITEX Global 2024, with the presence of H.E. Sheikh AbdulAziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Tourism Development Department, and H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Nuaimi, Director General of Ajman’s Citizens Affairs Office.

The MoU aims to enhance the exchange of knowledge and expertise between both entities to advance education and improve the quality of life in Ajman. It promotes initiatives like the Tastahel discount card and the Arshedni program, targeting the development of educational standards and supporting the well-being of the local community.

H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Nuaimi expressed the Citizens Affairs Office’s commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that enhance community welfare. He emphasized that the collaboration will allow both organizations to leverage their expertise to create integrated services, benefiting Ajman residents.

H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Al Hashmi, Director General of the Private Education Office, highlighted that this partnership reflects a shared goal of improving education standards in the Emirate. He stated, “This collaboration will help us provide a nurturing and efficient learning environment, ensuring students receive education that meets the highest global benchmarks.”

The MoU also focuses on promoting the Tastahel discount card in private schools and expanding its range of partnerships. Additionally, both organizations will work together on educational workshops, awareness courses, and student support programs like scholarships and medical student assistance under the Arshedni initiative.

The agreement includes the organization of conferences, seminars, workshops, and events that benefit both entities, as well as joint participation in international exhibitions. By exchanging data, studies, and resources, the partnership aims to enhance Ajman’s education sector and foster community initiatives that align with the broader goals of both organizations.
