AITO and ADM enter into strategic partnership, marking a new chapter in global intelligent luxury expansion

AITO, China’s leading luxury intelligent vehicle brand, has announced a strategic partnership with Performance Plus Motors, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Motors (ADM), one of the Middle East’s premier luxury automotive dealer groups. The agreement was signed in Chongqing by Jason Wang, President of SERES AUTO Overseas BU, and Syed Faiz Karim, CEO of Abu Dhabi Motors. The ceremony was witnessed by Leon He, President of SERES AUTO, and Kelvin Zhao, Chief Representative of ADM China.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in AITO’s global expansion, signaling the brand’s entry into the Middle East’s luxury new energy vehicle (NEV) market. With this partnership, AITO aims to accelerate its international growth and strengthen its footprint in high-end mobility markets.

ADM, with over four decades of experience in luxury automotive distribution, holds a strong position in the Middle East due to its extensive sales network, dedicated high-net-worth clientele, and commitment to exceptional service. Its customer-centric philosophy and innovative business practices have set benchmarks across the region.

AITO, meanwhile, has rapidly established itself as one of China’s most successful NEV brands, surpassing one million units in production within just 46 months. Its flagship model, the AITO 9, has dominated China’s RMB 500,000+ segment for 21 consecutive months, underscoring the brand’s leadership in intelligent luxury mobility.

The partnership between AITO and ADM is expected to create mutual benefits through shared expertise, market knowledge, and operational strengths. Performance Plus Motors will oversee AITO’s sales, delivery, and after-sales services in the UAE, with plans to launch exclusive brand experience centers offering immersive customer engagement aligned with AITO’s luxury standards.

ADM will leverage its local market insights and established brand reputation to drive localized marketing and customer relations, ensuring AITO’s strong positioning within the region’s premium automotive sector. Both companies also plan to collaborate in areas such as market intelligence, customer experience, and resource sharing to foster sustainable growth.

Jason Wang, President of SERES AUTO Overseas BU, commented: “Our partnership with ADM represents a major step forward in AITO’s globalization journey and the development of the luxury NEV segment in the Middle East. ADM’s expertise and deep market understanding will play a pivotal role in supporting our local operations. Together, we will bring cutting-edge intelligent innovation to luxury car enthusiasts and advance AITO’s global technology leadership.”

Echoing this sentiment, Syed Faiz Karim, CEO of ADM, stated: “AITO’s technological sophistication, product excellence, and luxury positioning perfectly align with the expectations of the Middle East’s elite consumers. Our established infrastructure and market presence will enable us to support AITO’s long-term growth, explore new opportunities in the luxury NEV sector, and deliver unparalleled mobility experiences.”

AITO has already completed the necessary localization and certification processes for its models in the UAE. The flagship AITO 9 has commenced user test drives in the region, marking one of the first instances of a Chinese luxury NEV brand actively engaging with Middle Eastern consumers. Vehicles have also arrived at Dubai Port, ready for official delivery following the market launch.

ADM’s established infrastructure and service expertise will serve as a robust foundation for AITO’s rollout in the UAE. Looking ahead, AITO plans to expand across the Middle East, strengthening its international presence and contributing to the evolution of global luxury intelligent mobility.
