With the Kuwaiti Government fast transitioning from narrowband to broadband networks, Airbus has expressed strong support for the movement through enhanced deployment in the country of its reliable communication and collaboration solutions, specifically Tactilon Agnet 900 and Tactilon Dabat.

Agnet 900 and Tactilon Dabat are currently being rolled-out over local public safety entities in benefit from Airbus TETRA network and infrastructure by applying their advanced multimedia abilities such as photo and video services to boost collaborative efforts.

Agnet 900 is a reliable collaboration program that facilitates active interaction amongst companies anywhere they are and whatever tools they use. Kuwaiti administrators can completely maximize Agnet 900s protected voice, multimedia messaging, video and real-time location tracking and reporting services for more precise and seamless coordination.

Tactilon Dabat, a smartphone and a TETRA radio in one are for Kuwaiti personnel who require high confidence in their communication. It runs on both TETRA and LTE/4G networks.

This makes team efforts during these unusual times more sound and solid as the government battles the still raging global health crisis.

Andrew Forbes, Head of Middle East and North Africa region for Secure Land Communications at Airbus, said: Kuwait is steadily moving ahead with its digital transformation initiatives as part of itsdevelopment plan. One of the efforts is intensified adoption of secure communication platforms based
on broadband technology as the government steadily moves away from the traditional system.
