Abu Dhabi Showcases AI Leadership at Microsoft AI Tour in Dubai
The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) highlighted Abu Dhabi’s advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) at the prestigious Microsoft AI Tour held in Dubai on February 6, 2025. The event, part of Microsoft’s global AI tour spanning over 60 locations, provided a platform for DGE to present its innovative AI-driven government services, with a special focus on the TAMM platform.
DGE delivered a keynote session showcasing the transformative capabilities of TAMM 3.0, Abu Dhabi’s AI-powered government services platform. Leveraging Microsoft’s advanced technologies—Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure—TAMM enhances public service delivery through seamless operations, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise-grade security. The platform currently offers over 950 services, providing 24/7 personalised recommendations and a multilingual AI-powered assistant, setting new benchmarks in digital governance.
As a key component of the recently launched Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027, TAMM supports the emirate’s vision for an AI-native government. This initiative places AI at the core of public service transformation, ensuring efficiency, security, and accessibility for citizens, residents, businesses, and visitors.
HE Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, Director-General of TAMM at DGE, stated: “TAMM 3.0 is a testament to Abu Dhabi’s leadership in AI-driven governance. By harnessing AI, we are creating a future where government services are not only efficient but also deeply personalised and seamless.”
Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, added: “The TAMM platform exemplifies the future of AI-driven government services. Through our collaboration, Microsoft’s technologies ensure efficiency, security, and privacy while delivering a personalised user experience.”
The Microsoft AI Tour serves as a global platform for industry leaders to explore AI’s impact on economic growth and digital transformation. Through its participation, DGE reinforces Abu Dhabi’s position as a global leader in AI-driven governance, shaping the future of digital public services.
