New mall to open in Al Ain with gyms, swimming pool and clinic
Al Ain City Municipality has announced plans for a new shopping and leisure destination in the city, with the launch of the Al Wadi Commercial Complex in Al Quaa. Covering 3,900 square metres, the mall is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
According to the municipality, the complex will feature a basement and two floors, with a mix of retail, leisure, and healthcare facilities. Shoppers will find both stores and kiosks offering household products, alongside a range of entertainment options for families.
Planned facilities include an exhibition area, a children’s play zone, and wellness amenities such as a swimming pool with related facilities, and separate gyms for men and women.
A health clinic spanning 558 square metres will also be established within the mall, providing essential healthcare services to visitors.
In addition, the first floor will accommodate seven modern office spaces, designed to support companies and entrepreneurs with a high-quality working environment. The municipality described these offices as “attractive investment opportunities” aimed at boosting local business activity.
The Al Wadi Commercial Complex is positioned to become a key hub for shopping, leisure, and business in Al Ain, enhancing community life while offering new economic opportunities.
