Fortunately, the UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) allows all employees to view and download their official job contracts online, free of charge.

How to View and Download Your MOHRE Labour Contract
You can access your UAE labour contract via two official platforms:
1. Through the MOHRE Website

Step 1: Go to the website

Step 2: Click on ‘Services’, then select ‘View Approved Contract’

Step 3: Choose ‘Search by EIDA No’ and enter your Emirates ID

Step 4: Click on ‘Request OTP’ (One-Time Password)

Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

Step 6: Click on ‘View My Contract’, and you’ll be able to download or save the document
Tip: If your Emirates ID isn’t linked to your mobile number, update it through the relevant government services.
2. Through the MOHRE Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Step 1: Download and open the MOHRE app

Step 2: Log in using UAE Pass (or sign up with personal and labour card details)

Step 3: Go to ‘My Dashboard’

Step 4: Scroll to the ‘Contract’ section and tap to view and save your job contract

As per Article 10 of Cabinet Resolution No. 1 of 2022, your UAE labour contract must include:
