Winners of Digital Prosperity Awards Announced at the 4th General Assembly of the Digital Cooperation Organization

The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), the world’s first intergovernmental organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive and sustainable digital economy, has announced the winners of the Digital Prosperity Awards at its 4th General Assembly. The prestigious awards were presented during a gala dinner hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan at the Dead Sea.

The event brought together high-level delegations from DCO’s 16 Member States, alongside Observers, Partners, and distinguished guests. The Digital Prosperity Awards recognize outstanding initiatives that contribute to digital transformation, promote best practices, policies, and strategies, and foster global cooperation in the digital economy. The 2025 edition of the awards was sponsored by Elm.

Recognizing Excellence in Digital Innovation and Transformation

The Digital Prosperity Awards celebrate groundbreaking contributions in three key pillars: digital innovation, digital transformation, and empowering society.

A total of seven winners from the public sector, private sector, and civil society were recognized for their efforts:

Digital Innovation Pillar:

  • Disruptive Technology Solutions Category – Ynmo (Saudi Arabia)

Digital Transformation Pillar:

  • Cooperation Category – Tuwaiq Academy (Saudi Arabia)
  • Decision-Making Category – Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (Saudi Arabia)

Empowering Society Pillar:

  • Environment Category – National Institute of Innovation and Advanced Technology (Morocco) & NeuroTech (Jordan)
  • Ethics Category – Motto Vest Trading Pvt (Pakistan)

Additionally, two flagship awards were presented for the DCO Member Prize for Digital Prosperity for All and the International Digital Prosperity for All Award.

  • DCO Member State Winner – NeuroTech (Jordan)
  • International Winner – SPARK (Netherlands)

Both flagship awardees received a prize of USD 200,000 each.

Commitment to Global Digital Transformation

His Excellency Eng. Sami Smeirat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship of Jordan and Chairman of the DCO, emphasized the significance of the awards in driving global digital transformation.

“The Digital Prosperity Award marks a milestone in the journey toward a more inclusive digital economy, demonstrating the commitment of Member States to adopting best practices and policies. Jordan is proud to be part of this global effort, especially in light of the challenges that require international cooperation to achieve technological advancement and digital inclusion.”

He further stated that digital transformation is essential for sustainable development, job creation, and addressing economic and social challenges.

Deemah AlYahya, Secretary-General of DCO, congratulated the winners, emphasizing the impact of digital innovation:

“The Digital Prosperity Awards highlight the power of innovation in shaping an inclusive digital future. These awards celebrate individuals and organizations that are not only advancing technology but also leveraging it to drive economic growth and bridge the digital divide.”

She encouraged innovators worldwide to participate in future editions of the awards and acknowledged the judging panel’s contributions in selecting the winners.

DCO’s Mission for Digital Prosperity

Established in November 2020, the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is a multilateral organization dedicated to accelerating digital transformation and fostering collaboration among its 16 Member States, which together represent:

  • Over USD 3.5 trillion in GDP
  • A population of more than 800 million people
  • A youth-majority population (70% under the age of 35)

DCO’s mission is to enable digital prosperity for all by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote shared economic interests.
