Unifonic Showcases How Agentic AI Is Transforming Customer Experiences at LEAP 2026

Unifonic, an AI-native Customer Experience (CX) platform serving enterprises and the public sector across emerging markets, is showcasing its approach to the next generation of customer engagement at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.

Aligned with the conference theme, “Into New Worlds,” Unifonic is demonstrating how AI agents capable of reasoning, taking action and completing tasks can transform customer journeys while keeping human oversight at the centre.

AI moves from assistance to action

The company said traditional customer engagement models based on isolated interactions are increasingly struggling to meet rising customer expectations.

Customers now expect organisations to maintain context across different channels and provide connected experiences that move smoothly from initial intent to resolution.

Unifonic's platform aims to address this shift by bringing together AI, systems, communication channels and real-time customer data to create more coordinated and personalised customer journeys.

Ahmed Hamdan, Chief Executive Officer of Unifonic, said customer experience is entering a phase where AI is moving beyond assistance towards action.

He said the opportunity for enterprises is not simply to automate more interactions, but to connect intelligence with execution throughout the customer journey while retaining human control.

Unified platform for customer engagement

At LEAP 2026, Unifonic is presenting its AI-native CX platform, which brings customer engagement across the lifecycle into a unified environment.

The platform is designed for enterprises and regulated organisations, supporting the scaling of service operations while providing governance, visibility and consistency across customer interactions.

It also enables AI-to-human handovers, allowing human representatives to take over when required while retaining the customer's complete interaction context.

Agentic Marketing streamlines campaigns

A key focus of Unifonic's participation is Agentic Marketing, an AI-powered marketing solution designed to help teams move from campaign planning to execution through a guided workflow.

The solution includes capabilities such as campaign intent extraction, AI-generated audience recommendations, brand-aligned content creation and multi-agent orchestration.

These capabilities are intended to reduce manual campaign work and accelerate launches while maintaining human oversight through review and approval stages.

Segmentify acquisition strengthens personalisation

Unifonic is also highlighting capabilities enabled by its acquisition of Segmentify, a hyper-personalisation engine focused on using real-time customer data, behaviour and intent to support personalised engagement.

Segmentify provides capabilities including personalised search and discovery, behavioural engagement, AI-powered recommendations and individualised experiences across websites, mobile applications, messaging platforms and conversational channels.

By combining these capabilities with its broader CX platform, Unifonic aims to help organisations deliver more personalised customer experiences at scale.

Mohammed Sleeq, Chief Operating Officer of Unifonic, said enterprises are increasingly moving towards unified platforms that can coordinate customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.

He added that Unifonic's agentic solutions are designed to connect intelligence with execution and turn fragmented interactions into coordinated customer journeys focused on measurable outcomes.

Building the next era of customer experience

Unifonic's presence at LEAP 2026 reflects its focus on the growing role of Agentic AI in customer experience, where intelligent systems can work alongside employees to execute customer journeys while maintaining transparency, governance and human control.

As businesses continue to invest in AI-powered transformation, the company expects customer experience platforms to increasingly combine engagement, service and growth capabilities within connected and intelligent environments.
