UAE Wins Award for Best Pavilion at OTM 2017 Exhibition in India

The UAE won an award for finest pavilion at Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) 2017, the most recent version of India's greatest travel trade convention held recently in the city of Mumbai. The pavilion arranged under the theme Visit UAE racked up the greatest marks for decoration and design. The UAE delegation to this year's OTM included representatives from the tourism bodies of all the emirates that took part under the umbrella of the Ministry of Economy. Different other tourism stakeholders including Emirates Airline, resorts, location management firms and a Cleveland Center, which was advertising medical tourist, joined too.

The recognition is the 2nd straight for the UAE at India's biggest dedicated travel and tourism program. The UAE got involved with more than 50 nations from different continents as 'Focus Country for the 2nd consecutive year. The award was obtained by Abdullah Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Ministry of Economic climate's Tourism Division.

Commenting on the award, Mohammed K. Al Mheiri, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Economy and Expert to the Minister for Tourism, said that the UAE's latest win at OTM - an important regional and global platform for participation in and promotion of tourist - drops within the structure of an integrated approach for unifying nationwide efforts to highlight the UAE as a unique visitor location.

Al Mheiri included that the award marks another major step in the evolution of the UAE's tourist field. He described that it demonstrates the significance of across the country participation by boosting the payments of the field to the country's advancement and making certain more achievements and successes in the future.

For his part, Al Hammadi claimed that the UAE won the most effective pavilion honor because of the innovative design of the pavilion which was built on a 352-square-meter area. Routine visitors and VIPs alike were excited by the pavilion's attractive features and modern aspects.

Al Hammadi included that the pavilion included a range of made spaces giving visitors a peek at one of the most crucial tourist spots in each of the emirates and highlighting the nation's world-class tourist solutions and centers. The structure advertised the numerous elements of tourist which visitors to the UAE could delight in, such as recreation, business, buying, therapy, clinical and society, to name a few.

The UAE delegation to OTM 2017 included reps from the Abu Dhabi Tourist and Society Authority, the Division of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) in Dubai, the Sharjah Tourism and Commerce Development Authority, the Ras Al Khaimah Tourist Growth Authority, the Fujairah Tourist & Antiquities Authority, the Ajman Tourism Growth Division, Emirates Airline company, resorts and tourist business, and divisions of the UAE's tourist attractions.
