Families visiting City Centre Deira have a wonderful surprise in store with world-class performances by artists from the B-Boying with Ballerinas, as well as the Anniversary Celebration Parade that takes place in the mall with characters in colourful costumes.

B-Boying is a form of break dancing, that was started amongst African American and Puerto Rican youth in New York City during the early 90s and expanded across the world. The members of the group have performed in more than 30 countries including U.S. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, England, Netherland, Italy, Luxembourg;; Japan, China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Laos, Thailand, Mongolia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.

I cannot believe my eyes, I saw my favorite B-Boying group with the lovely Ballerinas here in Deira City Centre. We were just shopping and we saw hundreds of people flocking towards a particular spot, and when I just went over to see what it was all about, I was surprised to see it was the group that I idolized said Mary Ramirez , a 28 years old, from the Philippines.

The huge discounts at the stores made us happy but B-Boying and the Ballerinas made it an entertain-ing shopping experience for us. I cannot choose between the two - I love both B-Boying and shopping. Deira City Centre is one of the best malls in the UAE as you find out everything that you need and now these DSF performers have really added value to our visit said Marys firend, Paula Sales, also from the Philippines.

Among other shoppers who watched the artists perform were Mehreen Moosa and Maariyah Moosa, sisters from Mauritius, who enjoy shopping and watching movies and entertainment shows. I am fascinated with Dubai, believe it or not, it is my 16th time to visit the city and every time, it never fails to amaze me. 16-year old Mehreen said.

It is my 14th time here in Dubai and we will surely come back, we absolutely love shopping, the shows and parades such as this, as they create vibrancy and positive energy. Maaariyah added.

Samuel Salman, from Pakistan said was his first time to watch the Ballerinas I fell in love with their performance, it is very deep. They were telling a story when they dance and its magical and powerful at the same time because they touched my heart without saying a word. It was really an unforgettable experience

Etou Alaw Armel from Congo and a resident of Dubai said that he is thankful to Dubai for providing a peaceful environment combined with the right entertainment: I can never find a city that is as fantas-tic and as safe as Dubai. The malls are fabulous, the discounts are very huge and they have wholesome shows for the family. My wife, Bibimy and my daughter Etou Alali Armelia enjoyed it too. Eton said.

DSF 2015 is organised by DFRE and will run from 1 January to 1 February 2015, offering more than 150 citywide attractions and mega events, numerous shopping opportunities and winning options for visitors from around the world.
