At its booth, the foundation presented numerous projects and initiatives, drawing attention to its extensive work in educational innovation. Showcasing international, regional, and local programs, the foundation highlighted its ongoing contributions to improving educational standards and fostering innovation.

During the event’s “Leaders in Education Conference,” His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Al-Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Foundation, led a workshop titled “School Quality: How Do We Achieve It?” The session explored comprehensive standards for school quality, focusing on the Hamdan Model for Schools, a holistic framework that promotes inclusive, innovative educational environments. Dr. Al-Suwaidi emphasized the model's role in nurturing talent, empowering teachers, and modernizing curricula to meet the needs of a forward-thinking society.

Dr. Al-Suwaidi also introduced the Hamdan Talent Rubric, a tool designed to identify and support gifted students using scientifically advanced methodologies, and the Master of Innovative Education program, developed in collaboration with the United Arab Emirates University. This program provides educators with leading-edge skills for innovative teaching, preparing them for leadership roles in the educational sector.

Further, the foundation showcased Fab Lab UAE, a pioneering educational lab aimed at fostering creativity and technical skills among students and teachers. Dr. Al-Suwaidi described Fab Lab UAE as the first of its kind in the UAE, offering a hands-on learning environment for exploring the latest technologies, designed to inspire Emirati youth to pursue innovation.

In addition, Dr. Al-Suwaidi highlighted the Hamdan Educational Awards, which honor the contributions of students, teachers, and schools dedicated to educational excellence. These awards uphold rigorous international standards in the evaluation process, ensuring fair recognition of outstanding achievements in education.

The Hamdan Foundation’s initiatives at GESS 2024 demonstrate a commitment to elevating educational quality in the UAE and the wider Gulf region. Attendees expressed strong interest in the foundation’s strategies, particularly those that prioritize teacher development and foster creativity within learning environments, setting a benchmark for educational standards across the region.
