"To be recognised so generously at an event that celebrates the crme de la crme of the global hospitality industry, is indeed a matter of pride for all of us at Rotana, said Guy Hutchinson, Chief Operating Officer at Rotana. The awards manifest a firm acknowledgement of the innovation and excellence that has made Rotana the foremost hotel brand in the region, and demonstrate once again why Rotanas properties continue to be the first choice for travellers in the markets where we operate. These latest accolades come our way at a time when Rotana is entering a new phase in its global expansion, having opened our first properties in Turkey last month, and with a strong development pipeline covering several existing and new markets.
Earlier in May 2015, Rotana had bagged a whopping 15 awards at the Middle East Gala Ceremony of the World Travel Awards (WTA) 2015, and the groups triumphant performance in Hong Kong on Saturday further adds to its growing list of accolades.
Rotanas focus has always been on delivering superior value to our guests without compromising in the slightest on luxury, comfort as well as the world-class facilities and personalised service that guests have come to expect from Rotana. Thanks to this carefully considered approach, Rotana has been able to redefine traditional concepts of a luxury hotel, making our facilities and services accessible to a wider cross-section of guests, Hutchinson said.
