Klay Group appoints Neha Bhardwaj as head of talent acquisition for MENA
Klay Group has appointed Neha Bhardwaj as Head of Talent Acquisition, MENA, as the Dubai-based financial services firm looks to strengthen its recruitment and leadership hiring capabilities across the region.
Bhardwaj brings more than 16 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition and leadership recruitment, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector.
In her new role, she will work with business leaders to support strategic recruitment, develop talent pipelines for critical positions and advance succession planning and leadership hiring. Her responsibilities will also include human capital development, diversity and inclusion, and aligning talent strategies with the group's business priorities.
Kalpesh Khakhria, Group Chairman of Klay Group, said Bhardwaj's experience in talent acquisition, executive search and the financial services sector would support the firm's efforts to strengthen its team and expand across the region.
He added that her appointment reflects the group's focus on attracting experienced professionals to support its advisory and investment services.
Bhardwaj said Klay Group's approach to building strong teams and delivering tailored client solutions aligned with her own approach to talent acquisition. She said she would work with the leadership team to attract talent, strengthen organisational capabilities and support the firm's regional growth.
Experience across banking and executive search
Bhardwaj began her career at Heidrick & Struggles before moving into senior recruitment and executive search roles in Dubai with Moorland Gray and Madison Pearl.
She subsequently held talent acquisition positions at Citibank and HSBC, where she led executive and leadership hiring across the Middle East and Africa.
Her experience includes talent pipeline development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Klay Group provides wealth management, multi-family office, asset management and corporate advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions.
