Keturah Completes Infrastructure for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, Embarks on Construction of Mansions and Residences
Keturah, the global luxury wellbeing real estate and hospitality concept, has announced the completion of crucial infrastructure work for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, located within Keturah Resort, Dubai’s first fully wellness-certified resort. Marking a significant milestone, the main contractor CECEP Techand Middle East has now commenced construction on the AED 2.8 billion project, with final completion anticipated by Q4 2027.
The prestigious development will feature 12 mansions and 200 residences spread across seven buildings. Each residence will include exclusive yacht berthing facilities and access to a suite of world-class amenities. Residents will enjoy a wellness center, a Clubhouse with a private members-only club, a ladies’ club, a kids’ club, fine dining, Michelin-star restaurants, a 550-meter promenade, sustainable retail spaces, valet-serviced private parking, and a gated community with scenic views of Dubai’s wildlife sanctuary, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbor, and Meydan.
