HBMSU showcases Smart Campus & other smart learning solutions at GITEX 2016

The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) throws the spotlight on its pioneering smart learning solutions, including the landmark Smart Campus initiative, at the 36th edition of GITEX Technology Week that will run until October 20, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The university's involvement highlights once again the university's commitment to the UAE's continuous smart transformation efforts.

The current edition of the Arab area's biggest innovation exhibition sees the HBMSU going over the latest in its pursuit of advancing and making the Arab learning system more globally competitive in the 21st century. High-level specialists from HBMSU's Technology Development Division inhabit Sheikh Saeed Hall S2-A21 of the events place along with the executives from Smart Dubai Government.

The Smart Campus leads other essential smart learning solutions being highlighted during GITEX. Available via PC and mobile gadgets, the Smart Campus is a one-stop-shop for the needs of HBMSU learners and professors.

Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, HBMSU Chancellor, said: "Our Smart Campus and other smart learning services have substantial ramifications for millions of learners in the Arab region and beyond. All these solutions are learner-centered and involve active restructuring for authentic partnership among students and deep understanding of offered learning materials."

" By offering these programs to our learners, which they could take anywhere they are, we intend to substantially add to the transformation of Dubai and other UAE cities into smart cities. We intend to improve local digital learning and help produce new learning opportunities for current and future generations through our programs," Al Awar added.
