ScreenCheck and ICT Partner to Expand Enterprise Security Solutions Across GCC

ScreenCheck, a subsidiary of Centena Group, has entered into an added-value distribution partnership with global security manufacturer Integrated Control Technology (ICT) to expand enterprise security solutions across the GCC region.

Announced on March 10, 2026, the strategic collaboration aims to strengthen access control and unified security management capabilities for organisations operating in commercial and critical infrastructure sectors.

Through the partnership, ICT’s advanced access control technology will be integrated into ScreenCheck’s existing portfolio of security and identification solutions, enabling businesses to deploy enterprise-grade, integrated security systems designed to support complex, multi-site environments.

Strengthening Security Capabilities

Commenting on the collaboration, Shaji Abdul Kader, Chief Operating Officer of ScreenCheck, said the partnership comes at a time when companies across the region are re-evaluating their security infrastructure and management strategies.

He noted that combining ICT’s scalable and interoperable platforms with ScreenCheck’s regional expertise will allow organisations to design and implement more efficient and future-ready security architectures.

The partnership is expected to support large-scale projects across the GCC, ensuring smoother implementation and long-term operational continuity while also enabling customisable and open-platform security systems to meet evolving client requirements.

Growing Demand for Integrated Security

The collaboration aligns with the rapid growth of the Middle East’s physical security market, driven by increasing investments in smart enterprise solutions and critical infrastructure protection.

According to industry projections, operational technology (OT) security across the Middle East and Africa is expected to grow significantly, reaching $1.46 billion by 2031, up from $442.85 million in 2024. The market is forecast to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17.5 per cent, reflecting rising adoption of advanced, integrated security technologies.

Expanding Regional Reach

Thomas Napora, Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at ICT, highlighted the importance of ScreenCheck’s strong regional presence and expertise in enterprise security and biometric access control.

He noted that ScreenCheck’s extensive network of offices and system integrator partners across the Gulf and wider Middle East will help deliver customised access control solutions tailored to end-user requirements.

ICT brings more than two decades of experience in unified access control, intrusion detection and building automation solutions. Its Protege GX enterprise platform enables organisations to manage security operations through a single integrated environment, combining technologies such as biometrics, video management systems, visitor management platforms, HR systems and building automation tools.

Supporting Smart Security Ecosystems

As part of the partnership, ScreenCheck and ICT will jointly support customers with engineering expertise, technical training and lifecycle services, ensuring optimal system performance and long-term operational value.

Industry observers note that the collaboration reflects the growing demand for intelligent and connected security systems, as organisations across the region increasingly adopt unified platforms to enhance security management and operational resilience.
