Hamdan Foundation Concludes "Skills of Tomorrow" Forum to Foster Talent and Innovation Among Students

The Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences successfully concluded its "Skills of Tomorrow" forum, which ran from December 15 to December 18, 2024, at its headquarters in Dubai. The event, which saw the active participation of over 50 students from across the UAE, was visited by His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation.

During his visit, H.E. Al Qatami toured various interactive sessions where students gained hands-on experience in acquiring knowledge and enhancing their skills. He commended the participation of students, noting the strong involvement from parents and schools to enrich the educational experience and foster innovative thinking.

Empowering the Next Generation

H.E. Al Qatami emphasized that the forum is a platform designed to nurture innovation and talent, supervised by a team of specialized trainers and experts in various fields including innovation, education, psychological counseling, and advanced educational programs. The forum blended cutting-edge technological and scientific developments with practical training, aiming to equip students with the confidence and competence needed to address future challenges.

In his address, H.E. Al Qatami reaffirmed the Foundation's commitment to supporting education, improving its quality and efficiency, and promoting a culture of innovation and creativity. Dr. Mariam Al Ghawi, Director of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Center for Giftedness and Innovation, spoke about the forum's alignment with the Foundation's mission to empower gifted students. She highlighted the "Giftedness Nurturing Forum", a key component of the event, which offered specialized workshops for gifted students and their parents. These sessions fostered positive communication and collaboration between families and experts, creating an inspiring educational environment that encourages students to maximize their potential.
