Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Implements Specialized Training Programs within the Hamdan EFQM Educational Model

The Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences has launched a series of specialized training programs under the Hamdan EFQM Educational Model, beginning on 27 December 2025. These initiatives aim to enhance institutional excellence across the education sector, strengthen the professional capabilities of school leadership and certified assessors, and align educational practices with globally recognized quality frameworks.

His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, emphasized the strategic importance of the new programs. He stated, “The Hamdan EFQM Educational Model serves as a vital tool in building an educational ecosystem capable of achieving measurable outcomes. It provides institutions with practical mechanisms that link planning, execution, and impact, reflecting the Foundation’s continued commitment to elevating educational standards and empowering professionals according to international best practices.”

The EFQM-Hamdan Education Assessor Training Program, part of the broader Hamdan EFQM Educational Model, began on 27 December and will run until 29 December 2025, with additional sessions scheduled for 3 and 4 January 2026 at the Foundation’s headquarters in Dubai. The program is tailored for educational leaders, institutional excellence specialists, and certified assessors, focusing on advancing professional skills in institutional review, improvement management, and academic performance analysis.

Training modules are designed to ensure that the application of the Hamdan EFQM Educational Model aligns with international frameworks while addressing the local and regional needs of educational institutions. The program places strong emphasis on enhancing assessment skills, improving organizational and pedagogical performance, and translating educational initiatives into measurable progress in learning outcomes.

The launch of these specialized training programs underscores the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to promoting educational quality and excellence, empowering educators and administrators, fostering collaboration within the education sector, and contributing to a sustainable, efficient, and continually improving learning ecosystem.
