Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah Showcases Record-Breaking Suspended Bridges
The skyline of Jeddah has been transformed with the unveiling of the Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah, featuring the largest suspended bridges in the Middle East. Spanning 60 meters and rising 130 meters above sea level, the eight-story bridges, weighing 2,500 tons, are set to claim a Guinness World Record.
Designed by the renowned architecture firm SOM, the development includes 249 opulent guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments, and 76 private residences, including penthouses. The residences offer spa-inspired bathrooms, marble interiors, spacious living areas, and outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the Red Sea.
Rasha Al Othaim, Head of Marketing and PR at Midad, highlighted the project’s significance: “This marks a milestone in architectural innovation and luxury living, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s vision for creating world-class developments.
