Flynas First Ever Loyalty Program Nasmiles To Elevate The Guest Experience To New Heights
flynas, the Saudi Arabian national carrier, has announced the launch of its first ever loyalty program called nasmiles, in an effort to ensure an all-inclusive and truly rewarding experience for its rapidly growing faction of frequent flyers. Under this program, members will receive up to 5% return on spends and other ancillary services including excess baggage, seat selection, meals and exclusive lounge access.
The announcement was made by flynas on the sidelines of Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2015, the leading and most popular travel and tourism exhibition in the region taking place in Dubai from 4-7 May 2015. flynas has successfully launched and implemented a series of strategic initiatives in recent times including the launch of daily non-stop flights between Riyadh and Cairo on April 29th. The launch of nasmiles is also part of the airlines strategic expansion plans and augments its renewed focus on further enhancing its domestic and regional route network this year.
nasmiles will offer our members exclusive privileges and savings, while encouraging the use of our strong digital presence including all of our social media accounts and mobile application, to oversee all aspects of the loyalty program, including registration and redemption of miles through flynas.com.
nasmiles features three tiers, namely, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, with all new members entering the program at the Bronze tier and moving to a higher tier based on their spend values.
To mark the launch of the program and in celebration of the occasion, flynas CEO Paul Byrne presented the first nasmiles membership card to H.E. Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Head of the General Authority of Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
flynas has also introduced the element of Family Membership to the program on account of the family-oriented structure of communities based in the Middle East. As part of this feature, up to eight family members can be linked to the same nasmiles account, provided that each individual is also a member of the program separately.
