ENOC Group Trains 78 Employees in First Aid for Mental Health, Leading the Region's Energy Sector

ENOC Group, a global integrated energy leader, has achieved a pioneering milestone by becoming the first energy provider in the UAE to train employees in First Aid for Mental Health (FA4MH). This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to supporting Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy 2033, aiming to create a healthier and more supportive workplace environment.

A total of 78 ENOC employees completed the five-day FA4MH training, which was facilitated by Kes Smith-Green from KSG WELLNESS COACHING & TRAINING LTD. The course, accredited as a U.K. Level 2 qualification by Ofqual, provided participants with essential skills to address mental health challenges within the workplace.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, commented, “Our employees are our greatest asset, and their wellbeing is vital to our success. This training underscores our commitment to prioritizing mental health, aligning with our goal to foster a safe, empathetic, and healthy workplace.”
