The company showcased a suite of cutting-edge technological solutions aimed at enhancing the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers. These innovations aim to streamline Hajj and Umrah rituals and create a seamless, digital environment for the Guests of the Two Holy Mosques.

Another highlight was the ‘Call Analyzer for Guests of the Two Holy Mosques,’ which uses AI to convert calls into text for analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations to enhance service quality.
The company also unveiled the ‘Digital Twin and Simulation for Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa,’ a solution that simulates guest experiences by creating a detailed digital representation of the site. This innovation improves crowd management and overall visitor satisfaction. To date, the application has facilitated over 11 million bookings, serving more than 9 million visitors and Umrah performers.
Enhancing Pilgrim Journeys
Elm’s crowd management system for Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa introduced modern entry and exit technologies to ensure a seamless visitor experience. The ‘Nusuk Marhaba’ program, another featured solution, managed over 12 million Umrah performers with a comprehensive digital itinerary covering planning, booking, transportation, and other key journey stages. This initiative supported more than 251,000 buses and 180,000 flights.
