Dubai’s Real Estate Collaboration to Foster the ‘Greatest City in the World’

Dubai’s thriving real estate sector, home to over 22,900 brokers, is taking strides towards making the city “the greatest in the world” through a groundbreaking shift toward collaborative practices. This transformation is driven by a new training initiative, the ‘Real Estate Blueprint,’ developed by Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties. The initiative aims to foster ethical, collaborative practices among brokers, moving away from a mindset of cutthroat competition.

The ‘Real Estate Blueprint’ combines specialized events and training sessions to create a community hub for brokers focused on knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and networking. The program launched with ‘The Game Changers,’ Dubai’s first ticketed property event, held at the Coca-Cola Arena, where nearly 3,000 real estate professionals gathered to hear insights from Al Msaddi, renowned US broker Ryan Serhant, and Dr. Mahmoud AlBurai, Senior Director of Real Estate Policies and Innovation at the Dubai Land Department.

Al Msaddi emphasized, “We’re fostering a resilient and dynamic market through collaboration, ethics, and sustainable growth. ‘The Game Changers’ marked the start of this transformative journey toward a stronger, more united brokerage landscape in Dubai.”

The ‘Real Estate Blueprint’ events will cover a wide array of topics, including data analysis, sales strategies, market trends, and branding insights, all aimed at building a transparent, interconnected industry. Al Msaddi underscored the importance of this shift in line with the visionary leadership of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai.

Reflecting Dubai’s leading status in global real estate, a recent fäm Properties report shows that Dubai set a new record in Q3 2024 with real estate sales reaching AED 141.9 billion. This initiative is poised to contribute to the sustainable growth of the market and Dubai’s vision as a premier global destination for real estate investment.
