Dubai South, the largest single-urban master development focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has signed an agreement with UPS, a global leader in logistics, to establish a new facility in Dubai South’s Logistics District. This initiative aligns with UPS’s strategic expansion across the region and will strengthen Dubai’s role as a global trade hub.

Enhancing Regional Logistics Capabilities

The agreement was signed by Tariq Badri, Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Dubai South, and Andrew Sleiman, VP Legal, India Subcontinent, Middle East & Africa at UPS. Also in attendance were Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, and Ismet Demirel, VP Transportation, India Subcontinent, Middle East & Africa at UPS.

Set for completion by the end of the year, the new facility will boost UPS’s operational capacity in the UAE, enhancing its ability to support international trade links through its extensive global network.
