Deyaar reports AED 541.5 million profit before tax in first nine months of 2026
Deyaar Development PJSC reported a 27 per cent increase in profit before tax to AED 541.5 million for the first nine months of 2026, supported by project handovers and revenue growth.
The Dubai-listed real estate developer recorded profit before tax of AED 425.7 million during the same period in 2025.
The company’s performance strengthened in the third quarter, with profit before tax rising 29 per cent to AED 205.4 million, compared with AED 159.1 million in Q3 2025.
Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, reached AED 1.52 billion, up 5 per cent from AED 1.45 billion a year earlier.
Profit growth outpaced revenue, lifting Deyaar’s profit before tax margin to 35.6 per cent from 29.4 per cent in the corresponding period last year.
Deyaar hands over more than 2,100 units
Deyaar said it handed over more than 2,100 residential units across several communities in Dubai since the beginning of 2026.
The company said the handovers reflect its progress in converting its sales portfolio into completed projects, supporting future revenue visibility and strengthening customer and investor confidence.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said the company’s performance was driven by project delivery and the completion of homes for customers.
He said the handovers reflect Deyaar’s strategic direction and execution, while strengthening trust among investors and residents.
Al Qatami added that Dubai’s long-term economic and urban development plans, including the D33 Agenda and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, continue to support the company’s outlook.
Deyaar aims to enter 2027 with a stronger project portfolio, with maturing developments expected to contribute at scale and support value creation over the long term.
Community partnerships and sustainability
Deyaar continued its community initiatives through partnerships with Al Jalila Foundation and Dubai Club for People of Determination.
Through its collaboration with Al Jalila Foundation, the company supports cancer care initiatives and the Foundation’s healthcare mission in the UAE.
Its partnership with Dubai Club for People of Determination focuses on empowerment, inclusion and expanding opportunities for people of determination to participate in community life.
Deyaar said the initiatives form part of its sustainability efforts and reflect its approach to integrating community impact into long-term value creation.
The company received the ESG Excellence and Outstanding Community Impact and Engagement awards at the MEA Business Achievements Awards earlier this year.
Deyaar outlook for the final quarter
Deyaar said it remains confident in achieving its growth objectives for 2026, supported by its financial position, project pipeline and delivery performance.
The company’s priorities for the final quarter include maintaining profitability and earnings quality, completing handovers on schedule and advancing construction across its active projects.
Deyaar said it will continue to balance growth with financial discipline, strengthen shareholder value and maintain its position in the UAE real estate market.
