Brazils Coffee Exports to Arab World Records 9 per cent YoY Growth
Brazil exported 1.09 million coffee bags to the Arab world from January to October 2017 creating USD 179.5 million in earnings, according to the Brazilian Coffee Exporters Council (Cecaf). 1.09 million 60 kg-bags of the product were shipped to the region's countries. Coffee exports to the Arab countries increased 9 percent in quantity throughout this period, compared to the exact same duration in 2015. In total amount, Brazil exported 24.7 million coffee bags in the very first ten months of 2017, creating USD 4.2 billion.
