Azizi Developments has announced the simultaneous handover of Riviera 69 and Beachfront I within its flagship waterfront community, Azizi Riviera, marking a significant milestone in the project’s ongoing delivery progress.

The handover was led by Farhad Azizi and reflects the developer’s accelerated construction and delivery pipeline, with several additional buildings scheduled for completion in the coming months.

Riviera 69 Advances Phase 4 Progress

Riviera 69, part of Phase 4, is a 10-storey residential building comprising:

1. 112 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments
2. 11 retail outlets

The completion marks the eighth delivered building in Phase 4, bringing overall progress in the phase to 74%, highlighting steady advancement across the development.

On the same day, Beachfront I—one of three 20-storey towers within the Riviera Beachfront cluster—was also handed over. The tower includes:

1. 555 residences, from studios to two-bedroom apartments
2. Retail spaces integrated within the development

Situated along a 2.7-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon, the tower offers direct beach access and a resort-style waterfront lifestyle, reinforcing the project’s premium positioning.
