49 employees of Dubai Culture graduate from Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government Decision Makers Programme
Dubai, UAE; April 1, 2015: Following an agreement between the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, the first research and teaching institution focusing on governance and public policy in the Arab world, to train its employees and strengthen their skills, 49 employees of Dubai Culture graduated from the Decision Makers programme. Conducted by the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, Decision Makers enables participants to strengthen their leadership skills.
The graduation ceremony was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to coincide with the tenth anniversary of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government.
Dubai Culture had signed an agreement with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government to train 29 employees as part of the first level of the Decision Makers programme and 20 employees as part of the second level. The training agreement is in line with Dubai Cultures mandate to provide a practical learning environment for UAE Nationals and provide opportunities for them to strengthen the skills in further developing the arts and cultural scene of Dubai. The Decision Makers programme offered them the right learning tools to nurture their creativity and skills.
